Do I have to be at my home/office when the cleaning takes place?

 
No, you do not have to be at your home or office.  It is your choice with whatever you are more comfortable doing.  However, most of our clients choose to leave a spare key with us, which goes in our safe at our main office. 
 
 
Do I have to sign a contract?
 
Though many of our clients choose to have our services take place on a regular basis, it is not mandatory to sign a contract.  However, if you do choose to have us come to your home or office on a daily, weekly or bi-weekly basis, a discount will apply with a signed contract.
 
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
 
For home cleaning we accept Visa, MasterCard or Paypal prior to clean up, or you can leave cash in an envelope for our staff to take after the cleaning is completed.  

For office cleaning, we accept the same methods as above, however we also accept a company cheque.  For contracts, we accept payments 30 days net.

 
 
Are you Insured?
 
Yes, all of our staff are bonded and insured for $2,000,000 liability.  We offer a 100% worry free cleaning service.
 
 
How do you ensure my needs are being met?
 
A supervisor will be in contact with you on a regular basis to ensure your needs are being met and you are 100% satisfied.
 
 
Will I speak to a live representative when calling?
 
Yes.  We do not have a pre-recorded quoting/customer service line.  Every time you call during business hours you can expect to speak with a live representative.
 
 
Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
 
Yes, we do.  Because we buy our cleaning supplies in bulk from the manufacturer, it is less expensive for you to let us provide the cleaning products.  All of our cleaning products are brand name.  This also includes the mop, broom, paper towels and vacuum cleaner.  However, you may choose to use your own cleaning products.  The choice is yours!
